Melbourne was expecting 1005 auctions on the weekend and from the 779 reported to date, 599 properties have been sold which represents a clearance rate of 76% on 18th October 2014 and an overall median sale price of $800,000.

Glen Iris had another busy weekend with 13 auctions held and 9 of the properties have been successfully sold.

The biggest sale for the suburb was a magnificent 5 bedroom Edwardian home at 11 Ranfurlie Crescent, which is situated on 1184sqm and is just moments away from our office at Home Edge. The owners should be delighted with the sale for a massive $3.075 million.
